Darren Criss chats with Gold Derby editor Joyce Eng about mastering the ‘emotional Tetris’ of ‘The Assassination of Gianni Versace.’ He doesn’t want to humblebrag, but he had a very memorable encounter at the Met Gala earlier this month. He was approached by someone who had just seen his performance as serial killer Andrew Cunanan – and who had no idea of his song-and-dance history as Blaine Anderson on “Glee.”

darrencriss: Dear Australia, I just got back to the US after a truly wonderful first trip to your lands. 
I met a lot of great people, hung with some kangaroos & koalas, saw the incredible @a.j.holmes‪ in Book of Mormon (go see him in it if you can!), went to a Footy match (#PantherPride!), and oh yeah I talked a whole lot about #ACSVersace (which premieres next Thursday on @showcaseaustralia!) and played a lil special show at Eternity Playhouse. 
All in all it was such a great time, thank you for being so welcoming and I hope to see more of ya again soon! Oi! Oi! Oi!
